Part of a Grade 2 listed historic former Hotel/Inn that has entertained guests since the 17th century! Overlooking RSPB coastal nature reserve, Freiston Shore. Our Guesthouse B & B is close to Boston, Skegness, Spalding and Lincolnshire Fen towns, with views of the Wash and North Norfolk Coastline. If you are looking for peaceful guesthouse bed and breakfast or to pursue walking, canoeing, cycling, birdwatching short breaks or holidays then our Guesthouse is the place for you.
Perhaps you are a business visitor or contractor tired of the larger hotels and just want to relax after a hard day! No hidden charges, all prices include breakfast and WiFi is free.
Breakfast is included with all our room prices and we are happy to cook you an evening meal to eat in your room, at a table or out on the terrace.
